Asset Performance and Maintenance

Our technical knowledge of the built environment, building services and M&E plant underpins advice on maintaining, operating and improving assets.

Through our Review > Advise > Support approach, we assess asset condition, maintenance standards and operational performance using site inspections, technical reviews, compliance records, service reports and asset data.

We provide clear recommendations for maintenance, repair, upgrade, replacement or further investigation. Where required, we develop longer-term asset management plans that help prioritise investment and reduce risk.

As in-house technical capability continues to reduce, RCRProjects works closely with owners, operators, estates teams and maintenance providers. We provide independent technical guidance to improve supplier accountability, reduce the risk of failure and control escalating costs.

Where appropriate, we can act as Managing Agent or Managing Advisor, supporting maintenance delivery to ensure work is correctly specified, completed to the required standard and aligned with programme and budget.
