Estates in commercial retail are typically operated by an external management company with responsibility for mechanical & electrical Hard Services maintenance. The delivery of these services is usually sub-contracted to a specialist contractor.
RCRProjects were approached by a retail management company who required assurances that statutory compliance was being achieved and that the sub-contractor obligations were being completed.
Our solution
Through experience we have developed an adaptable and repeatable method for assessing and auditing Hard Services compliance. Our process provides a scoring mechanism for simple comparison and re-evaluation of the criteria.
As part of the solution our specialist team visited the building and plant areas, liaised with the on-site engineering team and examined documents and records.
